Selections of natural wines
The delight of a glass of natural white wine, looking through the semi-transparent liquid, savoring its freshness. Recalling the summer atmosphere, a dinner near the sea, fish dishes. Sparkling or still will be the only thing you have to worry about.
What really makes a white wine special is the combination of grape variety and region. An element that reinforces the philosophy of natural vintners where what creates value is the conformation of the land, the climatic characteristics of the area and the type of grape, regulated as always by the skillful hands of those who starting from a plant, create a distillate of pleasure in the bottle.
Let’s start from the north with the wines coming from Piedmont, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia, to continue a journey along the whole territory which goes from harsher and mountainous areas to Veneto and crosses the hills of Emilia Romagna, the Tuscan countryside, the wild territories of Abruzzo, it warms up to the mild climate of Lazio and then continues the journey to the south: Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, and ends in the islands of Sicily and Sardinia.
We know that while you were walking with us this path between regions you were imagining wines and traditional dishes, thinking about all the ways in which the Italian wine and food culture has reinterpreted fish recipes and tasty dishes.
